We are seeking a motivated and personable Dental Assistant to join our compassionate team. Job Description Assist dentists during dental procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and treatment rooms following all safety protocols.
Take and develop dental X-rays (X-ray certification highly preferred).
Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and answer questions regarding treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Ensure the dental office environment is clean, organized, and inviting.
Support front desk and administrative duties as needed to facilitate smooth office operations.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with dental best practices.
full-time $14 - $35 per hour

Proven experience as a Dental Assistant preferred; enthusiasm and willingness to learn is encouraged.
X-ray certification is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and observe safety and hygiene standards.
Energetic, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work Fridays preferred; part-time and full-time schedules available.
Reliable commuting or relocation to Washington, PA area.
Ability to work assigned schedule with availability primarily on Fridays.
Compliance with workplace policies on safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Prior dental assisting experience and X-ray certification.
Enthusiasm for continuing education and professional growth.
Positive attitude toward working in a team environment and providing excellent patient care.
